Our organization focuses on success. We can provide to you either the professional resources required to undertake your project, or directly manage the project for you.Our specialty is recovering "projects in crisis". On occassion, projects go awry (for various reasons). We have built a framework for getting your projects back on track using our years of experience recovering problem projects.

Company Profile
We offer 4 streams of project management expertise in: Manufacturing, Construction, Finance and Technology
Construction Expertise: we are able to provide senior level project management consultants for capital improvement projects and new land development, including (but not limited to): shopping malls, manufacturing plants, business offices, and custom homes.
Finance Expertise: we have several senior PM's with expert knowledge in Banking (Risk Management, Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management and Retail Banking), as well as Insurance (Property and Casualty) SME's.
Manufacturing Expertise: this is the newest addition to our streams of service, as we have project consultants that have past experience in getting new products to market.
Technical Expertise: this was our original stream of service. We began offering services for implementing canned software packages, and upgrades/rollouts to desktops and eventually began a small software development shop designing custom reports for various industries. Our senior technical PM's have backgrounds in mainframes, databases, client server programming and web-development.
